Cocktail Sauce for Dipping

Ingredients for two:
- 250g TopSea prawns "cooked"
- 150g mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp. ketchup
- 2-3 tbsp. medium-dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- white pepper
Preparation time: 10 min.


Rinse prawns with water and allow to thaw. If pressed for time, hold shrimp under lukewarm water until thawed. The TopSea dipping prawns are already cooked and can be eaten immediately after thawing. Alternatively warm prawns (five minutes max) over medium heat in a little olive oil. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and sherry and season with salt and pepper. Serve prawns with cocktail sauce, "dip" and enjoy. BON APPÉTIT!
