Greek Salad with Prawns

Ingredients for two:
- 250g TopSea prawns "cooked"
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 package of sheep’s milk cheese
- 1 onion
- olive oil
- salt
- white pepper

Preparation time: 10 min.

Rinse prawns with water and allow to thaw. If pressed for time, hold shrimp under lukewarm water until thawed. The TopSea prawns are already cooked and can be eaten immediately after thawing. Alternatively warm prawns (five minutes max) over medium heat in a little olive oil. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and cheese into roughly equal pieces and mix well in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Arrange on plate and place prawns on top. BON APPÉTIT!
